Alison has created numerous and varied story corners in primary schools to encourage children to use their imaginations

as well as workshops using tactile and unusual materials to produce collagé artworks . She has ran modules in theatre

design for Newcastle College , Sunderland University , Northumbria University and the Theatre Royal Newcastle.
